Job summary

People is seeking a Regional Head – Retail Sales for the Gujarat region to lead and scale regional retail sales operations within the Takaful and Investment retail business.

You will drive revenue growth, expand distribution networks, and manage large multi-tiered teams across regions while forming strategic partnerships with HNWIs, SMEs, corporate clients, and institutional partners.

Qualifications

• Masters degree from a recognized institution.
• 6-8 years of progressive experience in retail sales/business development, including 2-3 years in senior leadership within Financial Services, Banking, Asset Management, Insurance/Takaful.
• Proven track record in achieving revenue targets, business expansion, and large-scale team leadership.
• Strong connections across retail, affluent, corporate, SME, and HNWI segments.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong market understanding and customer relationship capabilities.
• Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to drive performance culture and build future leaders.

Responsibilities
