hrsi's Regional Director will oversee a portfolio of schools in the Central Region, driving enrolment growth, financial performance, and high standards of teaching and safeguarding. The role responsibilities include strategy execution, stakeholder engagement, and safeguarding compliance to uphold the organisation's mission and brand.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Education or related field, with at least 10 years in educational leadership, including regional or network

Competenze

• Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs and drive data-based decisions.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound commercial and financial acumen, with ability to manage P&L, Capex and OPEX at regional level.

Mansioni

• Own regional campus expansion, capacity planning, and investment cases to the Board.
• Provide regional authority on major commercial arrangements, including leases and land acquisitions.
• Conduct environmental scanning to identify growth opportunities and inform regional plans.
• Develop and manage learning environments and facilities to support growth while complying with legislation.
