Burooj Developers in Lahore is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive property sales for the Al-Kabir Phase 2 project and other offerings. You will manage the sales cycle from lead to booking, presenting pricing, payment plans, and investment value with accuracy.

Role involves client meetings, site visits, and ongoing follow-up to qualify prospects and close deals, while coordinating with marketing and support teams to hit targets.

Formación

• Proven ability to sell property or real estate.
• Strong prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Confident communication and presentation in English and Urdu.
• Ability to explain pricing, payment plans, and investment value clearly.
• Experience with CRM systems and documentation processes.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and qualify leads through referrals, networking, digital inquiries, and market outreach.
• Present Burooj Heights and other company offerings to prospective buyers and investors.
• Arrange and conduct client meetings, project briefings, and site visits.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and guide them through documentation and booking procedures.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining accurate pipeline records.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer feedback, and changing buyer requirements.
• Coordinate with marketing and customer support teams.
