HORO Digital is seeking motivated Investment Advisors & Portfolio Managers in Lahore to generate leads, assess client needs, and present property options. You will conduct meetings, site visits, and manage a broker network to drive timely deal closures and build lasting client relationships.

The role requires 2–5 years in sales (real estate preferred), a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and exceptional communication.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in any business administration or relevant domain.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate (high-rise, serviced apartments niche preferred).
• Passionate about sales, with a strong commitment to customer service and excellence.
• Strong alignment with the company's core values and policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a pipeline independently and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Generate leads and follow up with potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand client requirements and match them with relevant property units.
• Ensure clients are thoroughly briefed on property details, features, and pricing.
• Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
• Manage their portfolio of REC's/brokerage network & act as a key account manager.
• Provide clients with demonstrations and guide them through to timely deal closure.
• Maintain regular follow-ups throughout the entire sales process, from first contact to post-sale.
• Stay in touch with clients to understand evolving requirements and identify further opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and deal records in the CRM system.
