Qualifikationen

• DAE / B.Tech / BSc in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying required.
• 3–5 years of experience with a contractor or consultant on government projects.
• Solid knowledge of Punjab MRS, DHA documentation, and PPRA rules.
• Strong command of MS Excel; AutoCAD is a plus.
• Familiarity with e-tendering is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare cost estimates and BOQs for tenders based on MRS and current market rates.
• Prepare rate analyses for non-schedule items.
• Prepare IPC schedules for DHA projects.
• Prepare running and final bills for government contracts (Buildings, Highways/C&W and other departments).
• Calculate price variation/escalation according to government formulas.
• Take quantities from drawings and maintain measurement records.
• Coordinate with department engineers during bill verification and approvals.
