Job summary

Accelerec Ltd. in Lahore is seeking a meticulous Quality Inspector to join on a permanent basis.

You will work closely with the Foundry QC team to inspect incoming materials, monitor hold points, and raise NCRs for deviations, ensuring product integrity throughout manufacturing. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in quality inspection, proficient blueprint reading, and hands-on use of calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMMs, with strong data analysis and communication

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality inspection or related role.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.
• Experience with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Familiarity with CMM operation.
• Solid understanding of quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Skills in data analysis, documentation, and root cause analysis.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Fluency in English and Urdu is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Liaison with In-Charge QC Foundry to obtain thorough understanding of quality Foundry QC acceptance criteria of manufacturing process with allowed deviation rates
• Identify M&Q non-compliance issues during the production process
• Ensure M&Q is available at the time of inspection
• Perform inspection of Incoming material at Foundry
• Check Quality at hold points of manufacturing at Foundry
• Perform inspection of casting before dispatching to machine shop In case of major tolerance/variations/non-conformity in manufacturing or any other specification immediately inform In-Charge QC Foundry
• Raise observations, NCRs on deviations/defects during the manufacturing process at Foundry
