Velosi Asset Integrity Limited seeks an experienced Advanced NDT Inspector to perform comprehensive non-destructive testing across various industries. You will interpret inspection data per international codes, prepare detailed reports, calibrate equipment, and ensure strict HSE compliance at project sites in Lahore, Pakistan.
The role requires a technical degree in Mechanical/Metallurgy or Materials Engineering, with at least three years of NDT experience and Level II certifications in multiple
1. Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspections using advanced and conventional inspection techniques, including but not limited to:
2. Interpret, evaluate, and document inspection results in accordance with applicable international codes, standards, client specifications, and acceptance criteria (e.g., ASME, API, ASTM, ISO).
3. Prepare comprehensive inspection reports, including inspection data, analysis, defect characterization, and recommendations where applicable.
4. Set up, calibrate, verify, and maintain NDT equipment to ensure accurate, reliable, and repeatable inspection results.
5. Ensure compliance with all company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, including radiation safety requirements where Radiographic Testing (RT) is performed.
6. Assist in the development, review, validation, and implementation of NDT procedures, inspection techniques, and work instructions.
7. Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, QA/QC personnel, engineers, supervisors, and other project stakeholders regarding inspection activities and findings.
8. Maintain accurate and traceable records of inspections, equipment calibration, certifications, and quality documentation.
9. Perform necessary surface preparation and inspection area verification before conducting NDT activities.
10. Travel and work at various project sites, including fabrication shops, construction sites, refineries, petrochemical plants, power plants, and other industrial facilities, as required.
