Job summary

Coca-Cola CCI is seeking a quality assurance professional to coordinate QA activities across production, ensuring compliance with GMP, food safety and company standards. You will lead QA capability development, supervise laboratory operations, manage materials, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include conducting internal audits, maintaining QA documentation, coordinating with suppliers, and leading non-conformity investigations and corrective actions to protect consumer safety

Qualifications

• Engineering or Food/Chemical Engineering degree required.

Job Identification

To coordinate quality control and quality improvement activities required for production in accordance with Coca-Cola standards and legal regulations

Mission Statement Main Responsibilities

• Lead QA capability development and training, assess development areas and training needs, and support operational teams in building required quality capabilities.
• Supervise Quality Assurance processes and operations, including laboratory, syrup, microbiology, water treatment, wastewater treatment and water sources, ensuring compliance with company standards, procedures and legal requirements.
• Drive GMP and housekeeping standards across responsible areas and ensure continuous improvement in implementation.
• Manage materials and inventory requirements for water and syrup production, including stock control, purchase orders, material availability, equipment utilization and material yield monitoring.
• Ensure effective execution of quality systems in line with GMP, Food Safety Management Systems, CCI and TCCC requirements, including identification of non-conformities and initiation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
• Plan and manage QA resources, including equipment, materials and manpower, to ensure operations are delivered according to required standards.
• Plan, participate in and lead internal audits, while ensuring timely calibration and maintenance of equipment and effective utilization of QA systems such as SAP.
• Lead people and performance management within QA, including performance reviews, development planning, feedback, coaching and guidance, while ensuring adherence to occupational health and safety requirements.
• Drive consumer and customer satisfaction, including complaint management, investigation and follow-up of corrective/preventive actions, customer or consumer visits where required, and regular reporting of complaints and DMRs.
• Support the establishment and ongoing management of Quality and Management Systems, ensuring required documentation is maintained and updated.
• Coordinate with suppliers for procurement of departmental materials and resolution of quality-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with plant management systems, including Quality, Environment, Occupational Safety, Food Safety and Energy Management requirements.
