Job summary

Centrient Pharmaceuticals seeks a QA/QC associate in Pakistan's Punjab region to support batch record review, labeling verification, and product release decisions. You will verify QC results, support investigations, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental norms.

Collaboration with site QA teams is essential for timely product disposition. Experience in QA/QC, GMP, and CAPA processes is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have QA/QC mindset with GMP/Regulatory awareness.
• Experience in batch record review and release decisions would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review Batch Production Records and labeling for accuracy.
• Manage release/rejection decisions of finished products per specs.
• Support CAPA, deviations, and investigations related to QA/QC.
• Perform cleaning verification and verification of reprocessing activities.

Job Description:

• The Role is responsible for reviewing the Batch Production Record, Issuance and Reviewing the Product Labels.

Release of finished products, Verification activities of finished goods at the sites.

Key Individual Accountabilities:

• Handing & tracking of QMS related activities CAPA, Deviations, Customer Complaints. OOS/OOT, Investigations.
• Ensure timely review of Batch Production record, Review & approval of investigation, verification of CAPAs, review of QC test results, batch disposition quarantine, rejections approval.
• Release/Rejection of finished products as per approved specifications.
• Calibration & Maintenance QA oversight.
• To perform cleaning verification during product change over and dispatch verification of finished as per established procedures.
• Verification of reprocessing activities in the site.
• Handling of Sale Returns.
• Complying to the laid down norms of Safety Health & Enviroment.
• Any job assigned time to time by superior based upon training on the procedure.
