Job summary

WORK is hiring a sales professional to join a high-performing team in Pakistan. The role involves telemarketing, lead follow-ups, closing deals, and building strong customer relationships, with recognition and rewards for performance.

You’ll work onsite in night shifts from Islamabad/Rawalpindi/Lahore, with a competitive PKR base salary of 150,000 plus attractive incentives and uncapped bonuses, plus growth opportunities in a professional environment.

• 1–10+ years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or a call center environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
