Qualifications

• Over 15 years of experience in banking QA.
• Experience in QA leadership roles and governance.
• Proficient with QA automation and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop QA strategy documents and exit reports.
• Lead automation and dashboarding initiatives with metrics.
• Conduct weekly to quarterly QA audits and reporting.
• Coach and mentor QA staff and drive process standardization.
• Collaborate with portfolio leads, developers, product managers, and business analysts.
