Job summary
VeriPark is seeking a Quality Engineering Excellence Specialist to govern QE practices, define standards, and drive AI-assisted testing adoption across delivery teams. You will review artefacts, mentor teams, and help implement shift-left quality gates with measurable dashboards.
Bring 3–5 years in Software Testing or QE, ISTQB foundation preferred, and experience with Jira/Xray/Azure DevOps/TestRail. Banking/FinTech exposure is a plus. Remote-friendly role with global projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Engineering.
- Familiarity with test planning, test design, and quality assurance concepts.
- Exposure to Shift-Left, test automation, and quality engineering practices.
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define, govern, and improve QE methodologies, templates, and guidelines.
- Review quality artefacts including test plans, test cases, and reports.
- Monitor adoption of QE frameworks and quality gates across projects.
- Mentor and coach teams on QE practices and tooling.
- Support AI-assisted testing and automation initiatives.
- Prepare dashboards and reports on quality maturity and automation.
