Job summary

Mashreq is seeking a senior QA leader to establish and grow the Testing Center of Excellence. You will drive QA strategy, governance, automation, and KPI dashboards across retail, corporate and digital banking domains.

The role requires senior expertise in test design, automation, and stakeholder collaboration to elevate quality across Mashreq projects. You will mentor teams, implement standardized QA practices, and deliver actionable insights through metrics.

Qualifications

• Over 15 years of banking QA experience in Core banking and digital domains.
• Proven QA leadership with strong automation and test design skills.
• Expertise in API validation, dashboards, and data-driven QA.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira and QA tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop QA strategy documents, test plans and exit reports.
• Lead weekly status, audits and dashboards for QA performance.
• Mentor junior testers and promote QA asset reuse.
• Define automation strategy and execution summary.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to drive testing.
