Job summary

Nysonian in Islamabad is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to own and continuously improve the quality of its internal technology ecosystem. You will oversee end-to-end testing of ERP, CRM, WMS, dashboards, automation workflows, APIs and databases, ensuring release readiness and data integrity.

Lead QA strategy, create test plans and sign-off criteria, and collaborate with DevOps, ERP leadership, Operations, Finance and Product.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software QA experience and leadership.
• Strong understanding of modern web app architecture.
• Hands-on API testing using Postman or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the QA strategy and release-quality process for internal systems.
• Build test plans, regression suites, and acceptance criteria.
• Validate ERP, CRM, WMS, dashboards, and automation workflows across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
• Coordinate with DevOps, ERP leadership, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve defects.
