Job summary

Zones, LLC in Islamabad, Pakistan, seeks a Software Quality Control Specialist to ensure accuracy and compliance of software orders processed through Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You will verify quotes, SPA, margins, and maintain vendor documentation while acting as a liaison between sales, support, and brand teams.

You will train teams on the QC process, generate regular reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of order accuracy across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Certification or training in Quality Assurance, CRM tools, or Software Procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Look after Software Order on CRM and ensure the quality control.
• Approve or reject orders on the basis of valid reasoning using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Help AE’s / CSS’s / SwE’s in correction of software orders.
• Verify quotes and validate SPA and margins for every order.
• Communicate rejection and reasons to ensure correctness.
• Maintain the Software QC Ops Process document on SharePoint.
• Maintain Zones Vendor Information (ZVI) database for software orders.
• Verify order agreements using vendor portals.
• Act as liaison between Sales/support teams and brand champions for urgent orders.
• Develop professional relationships with Zones PPM, credit and purchasing teams.
• Provide guidelines and trainings on Software QC process to AE’s/ CSS’s / SwE’s.
• Manage and report day-to-day activities of orders, rejections and visibility of work.
• Prepare periodic reports (Daily/weekly) to Lead/Manager.
