Job summary

FrieslandCampina Lahore, Pakistan, seeks a QA Customer Supply Chain Manager to coordinate QA CSC standards across the MEPA region, ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance while aligning factory standards with market needs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, support NPD, and manage risk in distribution and retail handling while maintaining brand trust and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or TQM).
• 10–12 years of QA and performance excellence experience.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement, performance excellence, dairy products and production processes.
• Experience in multi-functional groups and matrix organizations.
• Fluent English and IT skills including PowerBi, SPC, SAP.

Responsibilities

• Standardization: Drive OWOW across MEPA to ensure consistent CSC to market quality results.
• Audit readiness: implement regional procedures (HACCP, Crisis Management) and audits for distributors/warehouses.
• Market support: provide QA clearance for new product launches.
• Risk mitigation: manage logistics trials and storage standards.
• Trusted partners: vet and monitor outsourced partners to meet FS&Q benchmarks.
• Voice of the consumer: manage complaint system and drive improvements.
• Crisis defense: lead FU Crisis Team and mock exercises.
• Technical authority: handle inquiries on specs, ingredients, origin for customers and authorities.

QA Customer Supply Chain Manager Lahore (PA) Quality & HSE 32-40

QA Customer Supply Chain Manager QA CSC Manager (Pakistan & MEPA Coordinator) coordinate the implementation of global QA CSC standards across the MEPA region, supports CSC and Compliance teams. The role oversees QA CSC activities in Pakistan, ensuring products meet Food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while bridging factory standards with market needs. This enables Sales and Commercial teams to confidently deliver compliant, consumer-ready products in Pakistan.

• Master’s degree, preferably in Food Science/micro/chemistry/TQM.
• Experience (10-12 years) in QA and performance excellence.
• Preferably knowledge of the continuous improvement, performance excellence, dairy products and production processes.
• Experience in working in multi-functional groups and matrix organization in hierarchical reporting lines.
• Well-developed Analytical especially statistical control Skills along with Good Communication and clear decision-making capabilities.
• Change Management and ability to act in diverse cultures and in an international setting with adaptability to work throughout all organizational layers.
• Competence and confidence to lead/drive the transformation from the existing way of working to the new way of working based on the new template and tools.
• Fluency in English and command on IT skills like PowerBi, SPC , SAP & regular office tool.

QA Operational Strategy & Compliance

• Standardization: Driving the "One Way of Working" (OWOW) across MEPA to ensure consistent quality results from CSC to the market.
• Audit Readiness: Implementing rigorous regional procedures (HACCP, Crisis Management) and establish system to conduct distributor/warehouse audits to prevent quality failures before they reach the shelflifeCross-Functional Partnering (CSC Commercial & Sales)
• Market Support: Providing technical QA clearance for all new product launches (NPD) to ensure "product in good shape" from the first day of transit.
• Risk Mitigation: Managing logistics trials and storage standards to prevent product damage during distribution and retail handling.
• Trusted Partners: Vetting and monitoring all outsourced partners including WH;s, co-packers to ensure they meet our strict Food Safety and Quality (FS&Q) benchmarks Consumer & Reputation Management including complaint Management in Pakistan
• Voice of Consumer: Managing a high-speed complaint registration and resolution system to turn negative feedback into actionable quality improvements.
• Crisis Defense: Leading the FU Crisis Team and conducting mock exercises to ensure the business is always ready to respond to safety signals.
• Technical Authority: Handling all technical inquiries (specifications, ingredients, origin) for customers and authorities to maintain brand trust. Central communication: ensure cordination and compliance of all the reports comilation, analysis of data, extracting key out come by using SPC and digital avaialable resources for Pakistan as well as MEPA regions
