Syasi TV in Pakistan seeks a Chief Operating Officer (Operations) for the Local Government & Community Development Department to lead public administration and project oversight across city-scale initiatives. The role focuses on strategic management, governance, and coordination with multiple government and development partners to ensure effective implementation of infrastructure programs.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Business Administration / Public Administration / Public Policy / Engineering (MBA preferred).
• 10 years of relevant experience in public administration, project management, public sector governance, infrastructure development and engineering projects
• 5 years of experience in similar projects/assignments

Mansioni

• Assist PD/DPD PRMSC in supervision and oversight of project activities, staff, individual consultants, and consultancy firms, and provide leadership support to the project on behalf of Deputy CEO PRMSC.
• Assist Project Director in project management and devising priority plans to achieve project objectives (outcome and outputs).
• Oversee the operations, communications, and capacity building functions of the PIMU.
• Coordinate with Tehsils Councils, PRMSC-TO, district government and other stakeholders of cities for identify city needs and progress sharing at different forums.
• Assist PD PIMU/CEO PRMSC in coordination with key stakeholders including the World Bank, LG&CD Department, P&D Board, PSC, and relevant Tehsils Councils for activities related with the implementation of the project.
