ZAY Studio is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead operations across Islamabad and Lahore. The role focuses on scalable systems, performance management, and strategic growth for the architecture and interior design practice.

The ideal candidate will have 12–15 years of senior management experience, a relevant architecture/interior design background, and a proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and large, complex projects. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture, interior design or related discipline.
• 12–15 years of progressive management experience in relevant sectors.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day studio operations and ensure smooth cross-department functioning.
• Develop growth strategies for architecture and interior design practice.
• Lead architecture, design and project teams.
• Set annual operational and revenue targets with senior management.
• Establish systems to scale the studio without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with finance to monitor revenue, expenses and margins.
• Create monthly management reports on revenue and project performance.
