Indus College of Family Medicine & Public Health seeks an Assistant Professor to teach undergraduate BSPH courses, develop curricula, supervise student projects, and conduct research in public health. The role requires a PhD in Public Health and a track record in academic scholarship.

You will build partnerships with public health institutions and government bodies, contribute to program accreditation, and mentor students toward successful careers in healthcare and policy.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, teaching, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant statistical software (e.g., SPSS).

Responsabilités

• Teach undergraduate BSPH courses (e.g., epidemiology, biostatistics, environmental health, health policy and management, community health).
• Develop and update course outlines, lesson plans, teaching materials and assessments.
• Supervise student projects, field placements, internships and community-based practicums.
• Conduct research in public health and publish in recognized journals.
• Write and secure research grants and funded projects.
• Mentor and counsel students on academic and career matters.
• Contribute to curriculum development, program accreditation and quality assurance reports.
• Serve on departmental and university committees and engage in activities.
• Build links with public health institutions, government bodies and NGOs for student training.
