Job summary

Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is recruiting on behalf of the National Agri-Trade and Food Safety Authority (NAFSA). The selected candidate will contribute to developing systems, processes, and institutional capabilities to strengthen Pakistan's agri-trade ecosystem.

The role focuses on coordinating with provincial stakeholders, maintaining records, preparing analytical notes, and supporting inter-provincial and federal-provincial consultations under NAFSA's mandate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant coordination/administrative experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong documentation discipline.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage routine coordination tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in liaison and follow-up with provincial departments on implementation status of SRD standards and regulations
• Maintain correspondence records, implementation trackers, and meeting minutes related to provincial coordination
• Support compilation of provincial feedback and prepare analytical notes for supervisory review
• Assist in preparing guidance notes, circulars, and training/awareness material for provincial stakeholders
• Support coordination logistics for inter-provincial and federal-provincial meetings, workshops, and consultations
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the reporting officer in support of NAFSA's mandate
