Job summary

Inspire Pakistan seeks a Case Management Assistant to provide confidential, survivor-centred protection case management support to vulnerable individuals across assigned project locations. You will identify, assess, plan, refer, follow up, and monitor cases with an emphasis on consent and documentation.

You will collaborate with Protection Officers, Field Coordinators, and service providers to ensure timely access to protection services and post-closure monitoring, while maintaining strict

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in protection case management, social work, psychosocial support, or protection programming
• Experience with protection assessment, case planning, referrals, and confidential documentation
• Urdu proficiency; Pashto and/or Dari knowledge is a strong advantage
• Understanding of survivor-centred approaches, safeguarding, Do No Harm principles, and consent requirements

Responsibilities

• Receive and assess individuals identified or referred through community outreach, CRM channels, referrals, or government counterparts.
• Develop and maintain individual case management and safety plans in consultation with the individual.
• Provide information, support, and referrals based on identified needs and services.
• Maintain complete, confidential case files and data in approved systems.
• Coordinate referrals to protection, MHPSS, GBV, health, and other services.
• Ensure post-closure monitoring and timely documentation of case progress.
