Job summary

Inspire Pakistan seeks a Field Coordinator to lead day-to-day coordination of PARWA activities across assigned locations. You will supervise field staff, ensure CBP, PCM, community outreach, and referral pathways are implemented to standard and within safeguards guidelines.

The role reports to the Project Manager in the Programme unit and focuses on protection-related field activities, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring timely documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Humanitarian Affairs, Human Rights, Community Development, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Urdu; knowledge of English, Pashto and/or Dari is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day implementation of project activities within assigned locations in accordance with approved work plans and project requirements.
• Ensure effective implementation of CBP, PCM, community outreach, awareness raising, referrals, CRM/AAP, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Supervise assigned field staff and ensure clear responsibilities, appropriate workload distribution, and timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor field implementation, identify gaps, delays, and emerging needs, and coordinate timely corrective action with the Project Manager.
• Ensure safeguarding, Do No Harm principles, and data protection are applied across field activities.
