Job summary

Translation Empire PK is seeking a skilled Proposal Writer to research, draft, edit, and submit high-quality business proposals and bids in response to RFPs across platforms. You will manage multiple deadlines with clear communication and strong business-writing skills from our Bahria Town Ph 7 Office.

Responsibilities include researching markets, drafting content, ensuring compliance with submission requirements, and maintaining templates and libraries for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in English language & Literature.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in business proposal writing or bidding.
• 2-5 years of experience with government or technical proposals is a plus.
• Experience bidding on Upwork is highly desirable.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze markets to identify new opportunities.
• Respond to RFPs and proposals, ensuring compliance with submission requirements.
• Develop proposal outlines and manage timelines with Proposal Managers.
• Write, edit and compile proposal content including executive summaries.
• Ensure compliance with RFP criteria and formatting standards.
• Maintain proposal templates and content libraries; organize documents.
• Track submitted bids and outcomes; monitor proposal statuses.
• Refine proposal processes and templates for continuous improvement.
