Job summary

Translation Empire PK is seeking a Proposal Writer to develop high-quality business proposals and bids. The role requires strong research, writing, and organizational skills and APMP expertise to manage end-to-end proposal development for timely, compliant submissions.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal stakeholders, ensure content quality, and leverage best practices to win bids. This is an office-based position located in DHA 1 Sector F Rwp.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in English language & Literature.
• 2 years of experience in proposal writing or a bidding department is preferred.
• Familiarity with bidding processes and RFPs is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiarity with proposal management software and tools is an advantage.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Research and draft compelling business proposals tailored to business requirements
• Conduct market research to identify current and future trends and opportunities
• Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and submit business proposals as bids
• Address queries related to proposals and raise concerns after assessing Terms of Reference (ToRs)
• Manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to contribute to the content and presentation of proposals, including preparing management summaries
• Ensure proposals are compliant with business requirements and reflect best practices in structure, content, and presentation
• Apply APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professional) best practices to ensure high-quality, professional proposals
• Implement and maintain proposal development tools, templates, and processes for continuous improvement
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on proposal best practices

Certification
