Job summary

Siemens Karachi is seeking a Proposal Manager to support Smart Infrastructure projects. You will prepare technical and commercial proposals, review RFQs and tender documents, and coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, and project teams to gather inputs for submissions.

The role offers mobile working 2–3 days per week and a diverse, inclusive culture within a global technology leader. Fluency in English is expected with knowledge of MV GIS/SWG benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in proposal management, tendering, and project support.
• Knowledge of medium & low voltage systems is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals per customer requirements and Siemens standards.
• Review RFQs, tender documents, specs, and drawings to identify requirements and deliverables.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, and project teams for inputs.
• Prepare cost estimation sheets, bid docs, compliance matrices, and presentations.
• Maintain proposal records and support bid submission activities.
