Job summary

Siemens Pakistan Engineering Co. Ltd. invites applications for the Proposals Manager role in Karachi supporting the KSA remote proposals team. You will coordinate technical and commercial inputs from sales, engineering, procurement and project management.

The role emphasizes preparing cost estimates, bid documents and presentations, maintaining records, and ensuring proposals meet Siemens standards. A collaborative, multinational environment offers growth and mobility within Smart Infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Interest in proposal management, tendering, sales support, and project business.
• Knowledge of medium and low voltage systems, protection, MV GIS, AIS switchgear and RMU.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluent in English; Arabic skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Review RFQs and tender documents to identify requirements and deliverables.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement and project management teams.
• Prepare cost estimation sheets, bid documents, compliance matrices and presentations.
• Maintain proposal records and support bid submission activities.
• Handover completed projects to the execution team.
• Contribute to process improvements of proposal tools and workflows.
