The candidate must have a BSc in Chemistry or Physics, strong English skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Qualifications

• BSc in Chemistry or Physics required.
• Strong command of English (written & verbal).
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to liaise with multiple departments.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, edit, and finalize technical proposals and bid documents.
• Compile inputs from multiple teams (technical / finance / operations).
• Ensure compliance with RFP / tender requirements.
• Maintain a library of proposal templates and past proposals.
• Enforce version control, formatting consistency, and document quality.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather data/approvals.
• Track proposal progress and internal review timelines.
