Job summary

Sperton Pakistan is hiring a Project Planner to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across Pakistan from our Lahore head office. The role requires hands-on planning, data analysis, and close collaboration with regional teams to drive platform growth and operational success.

The ideal candidate will manage ground-level execution, including shop onboarding, merchant trainings, and payment-channel deployments, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven 3–4 years of project planning or similar experience.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; effective stakeholder management.
• Comfort with fast-paced, dynamic environments and cross-functional teamwork.

About The Role

We’re hiring a "Project Planner" for one of our client's , who are a leading brand in electronics and mobile industry, to join their team on full-time onsite basis. The ideal candidate will lead high-impact initiatives across Pakistan in collaboration with regional teams.

This role is a key to driving platform growth and operational success for a candidate who will achieve hands on ground execution (Shop onboarding, Merchant App installations and trainings, Merchant agreements for SF+ payment channels, hands on payment dashboard trainings, Knox guard account management, etc) experience.
