Position Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering ICT and IT infrastructure projects under System Integration (SI) engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in managing end‑to‑end deployment of Cisco, Dell, Huawei, Fortinet’s networking, security, compute, storage Dell solutions, and other related enterprise technologies. This role requires a high level of coordination with internal technical teams, OEMs, vendors, and end customers to ensure timely, cost‑effective, and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of IT/ICT infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with internal pre‑sales and post‑sales technical teams to understand project requirements and develop implementation plans.
• Manage relationships and communications with clients, stakeholders, and vendors, including OEMs.
• Drive project governance, including risk management, change control, and issue resolution.
• Ensure project documentation, progress reports, and stakeholder communication are maintained and updated regularly.
• Manage project budgets, resource planning, and procurement of products and services.
• Conduct project review meetings, manage escalations, and ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
• Monitor and report on key project performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvement areas.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and customer‑specific security, quality, and process frameworks.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and ensure team alignment on project goals and timelines.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related discipline. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in managing ICT/IT infrastructure/system integration projects.
• Strong experience in delivering projects involving Cisco enterprise networking (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless) and Dell compute & storage solutions.
• Prior experience working with OEMs, SIs, or service providers in similar infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure technologies such as networking, security, virtualization, data centers, servers, storage, and cloud integration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a customer‑facing environment.
