Job summary

iSystems Ltd seeks an experienced Project Manager with deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP experience and hands-on SCM exposure. You will lead end-to-end ERP implementations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery within scope, time, quality, and budget.

The role requires strong stakeholder management and a track record of successful governance, planning, and vendor coordination across geographically distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher project management background with IT/ERP focus.
• Experience leading SCM implementation projects end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 ERP deployments and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP/SCM implementation projects from initiation to go-live.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, functional, technical, and vendor staff.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, issues and dependencies; report to stakeholders.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP experience and hands-on exposure to Supply Chain Management (SCM) implementations. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within agreed scope, timelines, quality, and budget.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall professional experience in IT/Project Management
• 3–5 years of experience specifically in SCM implementation projects
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations
• Proven experience managing end-to-end ERP/SCM implementation projects
• Experience coordinating business, functional, technical, vendor, and implementation teams
• Strong experience in project planning, scope, timelines, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Experience managing requirements gathering, solution design, testing, UAT, deployment, cutover, and go-live
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing implementation partners and vendors
• Experience with project governance, reporting, and stakeholder/steering committee meetings

Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification preferred
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification preferred
• Experience with large-scale or enterprise ERP implementations
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
