Job summary

Systems Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP experience and hands-on exposure to SCM implementations. You will lead end-to-end ERP projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery within scope, timelines, quality, and budget.

The role requires 10+ years in IT/project management, 3–5 years in SCM projects, and proven governance, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills. PMP or MS Dynamics 365 certs are preferred.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP experience and hands-on exposure to Supply Chain Management (SCM) implementations. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within agreed scope, timelines, quality, and budget.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall professional experience in IT/Project Management
• 3-5 years of experience specifically in SCM implementation projects
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations
• Proven experience managing end-to-end ERP/SCM implementation projects
• Experience coordinating business, functional, technical, vendor, and implementation teams
• Strong experience in project planning, scope, timelines, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Experience managing requirements gathering, solution design, testing, UAT, deployment, cutover, and go-live
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing implementation partners and vendors
• Experience with project governance, reporting, and stakeholder/steering committee meetings

Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification preferred
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification preferred
