Job summary

Cybernet is seeking an Executive / Senior Executive – PMO (Infrastructure) to support planning, coordination, and execution of telecom and civil infrastructure projects within the Project Management Office. You will handle project scheduling, stakeholder coordination, cost control, vendor management, and contract administration to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong project management skills and a technical understanding of network and infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, infrastructure projects, quantity surveying, or contract management.
• Strong understanding of telecom networks, transmission media, and infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, contractors, and vendors for seamless project execution.
• Manage project scope, risks, performance tracking, and status reporting using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Support contract administration, bid evaluations, procurement documentation, and vendor management in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Assist in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, bill verification, budget monitoring, and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, dashboards, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
