Job summary

ICMPD Türkiye Temsilciliği in Pakistan is seeking a Project Management Assistant to support the EU-funded project “Support to Integrated Border Management in Pakistan” and related border initiatives.

Under supervision, the assistant coordinates travel, handles logistics for events, supports procurement, and maintains project documentation in line with ICMPD procedures; English and Urdu proficiency is required. This recruitment is contingent upon donor contract signature.

Qualifications

• Experience organizing travel and events logistics for projects.
• Familiarity with procurement support processes and documentation.
• Strong written and spoken English; Urdu proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Organise travel and logistics for project events.
• Support procurement processes and prepare requisitions.
• Maintain project documentation in line with ICMPD procedures.
• Assist in implementing the procurement plan, market outreach and delivery coordination.
• Coordinate transfer of equipment to beneficiaries as needed.
