Job summary

Getz Pharma is seeking a Senior Executive - Projects Engineer (Instrumentation) to support planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of projects involving Instrumentation, Electrical & Electronics systems, HVAC controls, and Building Management Systems (BMS).

The incumbent will coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved specifications and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial & Manufacturing, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a relevant engineering discipline from an HEC-accredited university.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing facility or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring of assigned projects.
• Coordinate day-to-day site activities related to Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, BMS, and HVAC Control Systems.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
• Supervise and support installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, control schematics, layouts, material submittals, and technical documents.
• Support the implementation, integration, and troubleshooting of BMS, HVAC controls, instrumentation, and automation systems.
• Provide technical input during vendor evaluation, material selection, and technical discussions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Assist in monitoring project budgets, resources, materials, risks, and execution schedules.
• Identify technical and execution-related issues and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly project progress reports, inspection records, testing documents, and project documentation.
• Support system testing, functional verification, punch-list closure, final handover, and project closeout.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE requirements, project specifications, and applicable engineering standards.
• Provide technical support and effective troubleshooting during project execution and commissioning.

Education & Experience

• 03-05 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing facility or industrial environment.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and building automation.
• Good understanding of HVAC Controls & Automation, including AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, sensors, actuators, and control systems.
• Knowledge of Instrumentation & Field Devices, including temperature, pressure, flow, level, and humidity sensors.
• Understanding of Electrical & Electronics Systems, control panels, VFDs, motors, and associated control systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of Testing, Commissioning, Troubleshooting, and System Integration.
• Ability to read and interpret Electrical, Instrumentation, HVAC, BMS, and Control System drawings.
• Working knowledge of BACnet and Modbus communication protocols.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and interpreting technical drawings.
• Strong project coordination and site execution skills.
• Experience in vendor, contractor, and consultant coordination.
• Good problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Good understanding of HSE, quality standards, and project specifications.
