Job summary

vFairs is hiring a Project Coordinator for a hybrid role in the EST time zone. You will drive success across the customer lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing subscription, building strong relationships with high-level customers from global enterprises.

You will coordinate quality inspection activities, assist operations in tracking and reporting quality levels, and investigate product complaints to ensure timely closure per guidelines.

Job Description

We are hiring Project Coordinators in the EST time zone for a hybrid role. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of vFairs customers. You will be actively involved throughout the entire customer lifecycle starting from onboarding post-contract and continuing through the duration of their subscription.
