CodeNinja Inc. is hiring an AI Engineer to design, build, and operate production-grade AI-powered software systems. You will embed AI as a core capability, create agentic systems that autonomously select tools and manage context, and deploy end-to-end AI features across products and platforms.

You will work at the intersection of software engineering, product engineering, and applied AI, focusing on practical deployment, reliability, and observability in real-world applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems in production.
• Experience with MCP or equivalent to manage tools and memory in production AI.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate production-grade AI-enabled software systems.
• Develop agentic systems that autonomously select tools and execute tasks.
• Implement MCP or equivalent context management for production AI.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure AI-enabled features.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to deliver end-to-end AI features.
