PostEx is seeking an Associate Support Engineer in Lahore for a hybrid role combining product operations, technical support, and customer interactions. You will troubleshoot issues, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and help manage deployments while contributing to documentation and knowledge bases.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in related roles, a CS/Software Eng degree, and strong communication skills to simplify complex concepts for customers.

Formación

• 1-2 years in product operations, technical support, or customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Strong understanding of software, APIs, data integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex tech to customers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to customers and resolve product-related issues.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with product/engineering teams.
• Assist in managing product lifecycle processes, including updates and deployments.
• Help create and maintain product documentation, guides, FAQs, and self-serve resources.
