OneScreen is seeking a flexible, multi-skilled professional to lead customer success and product experience across US, Canada, EU, MENA and SA. You will onboard customers, manage accounts, and guide them through OneScreen’s hardware and SaaS solutions, ensuring value realization and renewals.

You will also collaborate with Sales and Marketing to promote products, create content, and drive adoption, while maintaining user documentation and supporting partners globally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer success efforts in onboarding and account management for US, Canada, EU, MENA & SA regions.
• Provide walkthroughs on OneScreen products and identify ways to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product to drive adoption and content initiatives.
• Develop and maintain user manuals, guides and training materials.
• Support dealers and customers via calls, emails and messages; coordinate with warehouses for support.
