vFairs is seeking a Product Manager to join our dynamic Product Team. You will shape the future of our event platform by turning concepts into actionable plans and collaborating with engineering and design to deliver features that delight thousands of users.

You will define user stories, write PRDs, and work with designers to create wireframes. The role requires strong English communication, a customer-centric mindset, and familiarity with Agile processes.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of product management experience.
• Ability to understand customer experience and drive growth.
• Knowledge of databases and software development.
• Comfort with technical conversations with engineers.
• Experience creating user stories and managing a backlog (Slack, Jira, Asana).
• Familiarity with Agile methods (Scrum or Kanban).
• Wireframing/prototyping using tools like Figma or Sketch.

Aufgaben

• Develop user personas, user stories, flows and navigations.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers on wireframes/prototypes.
• Write detailed product specifications/PRDs documenting features and aesthetics.
• Create wireframes to guide tech teams on UX.
• Analyze click flows and extract insights from data.
• Coordinate with engineering to deliver solutions on time.
• Design experiments to test hypotheses and share results with actions.
• Support Customer Success, Sales Enablement and Product Marketing.
• Suggest product enhancements to improve UX.
• Validate production releases, bug fixes and features.
