• Work on journey mapping and basic design tools to document business requirements and processes for staff
• Defining product requirements documents based on an intimate knowledge of the specific market segments, target customers, and product.
• Drive partnerships with external and internal stakeholders to deliver projects
• Influence operational staff in each city and ensure they have the tools to drive SLAs
• Audit journeys and processes in test environments to understand areas of improvement

Our client Bykea Technologies is looking for Product Manager in Karachi.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or product marketing is required - please note that this is a product management role, so understanding of user journeys, product mapping, content management and requirement gathering is a must!
  
• Bachelor degree in a relevant field is required
  
• Good understanding of data analytics

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA/MS or advanced degree in a related field preferred
  
• Previous experience managing consumer technology products and SaaS products
  
• Understanding of the Consumer services space, particularly database and analytics.
  
• Experience with building products and services for marketplaces, consumers, local businesses, and financial institutions
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally
  
• Ability to analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and scope business requirements
  
• Ability to deliver initiatives from conception through completion
  
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while building creative solutions
