Job summary

vFairs is seeking a Product Manager to shape the future of its event tech platform. You will gather user needs, write user stories, and work with engineering and design to turn ideas into deliverables that delight thousands of users.

You will collaborate across teams, develop wireframes and specs, validate features with data, and drive growth by improving the end-to-end product experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in product management.
• Deep understanding of customer experience and ability to fill product gaps to drive growth.
• Knowledge of databases and software development.
• Able to discuss technical concepts with engineers and translate them into the user perspective.
• Comfort creating user stories and managing a backlog with tools like Jira and Asana.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Wireframing/prototyping experience with Figma or Sketch is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and empathetic user focus.
• Excellent English communication and ability to motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop user personas, stories, interaction flows, and navigation maps.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to build wireframes and prototypes.
• Define features and write detailed PRDs documenting functionality and aesthetics.
• Create wireframes to guide the engineering team’s understanding of the user experience.
• Analyze click flows and derive insights to improve behavior patterns.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver the right product on time.
• Validate production releases and feature requests through testing.

Requirements

• 3to5yearsofexperienceinproductmanagementisrequired.
  
• Abilitytogainadeepunderstandingofcustomerexperience,identifyandfillproductgaps,andgeneratenewideasthatgrowmarketshare,
  improvecustomerexperience,anddrivegrowth
  
• Knowledgeofdatabasesandagoodunderstandingofsoftwaredevelopment
  
• Comfortableworkinginatechnicalenvironment&canhandletechnicalconversationswithsoftwareengineersaswellasunderstandthe experiencefromausersperspective
  
• Comfortwithcreatinguserstories(orapplyingtheJTBDframework)andmanagingabacklogwithtoolslikeSlack,Jira,andAsana.
