Astrik Marketplace, Inc. is looking for a Product Manager to translate concepts into detailed PRDs and define clear workflows. You will work with UI/UX, development, and QA teams to ensure products meet requirements and quality standards.

You will manage backlogs, prioritize milestones, and coordinate testing and releases, driving post-launch improvements and enterprise solutions across ERP/CRM or AI-powered platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software/IT/Business or related field.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and enterprise solution development.
• Experience preparing PRDs, scope documents, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Understanding of enterprise workflows, APIs, integrations, AI applications, and automation.
• Familiarity with QA processes, UAT, and defect management.
• Strong documentation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• 3–5 years in product management, business analysis, or enterprise solution management.
• Experience working on ERP, CRM, enterprise SaaS, or AI-powered business platforms.
• Exposure to AI automation, workflow optimization, and enterprise system integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with UI/UX, Software Development, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage product backlogs, priorities, development milestones, and release timelines.
• Ensure implementation aligns with approved requirements and functional specifications.
• Coordinate testing, defect resolution, and product validation with QA teams.
• Identify execution risks, resolve requirement gaps, and manage scope changes.
• Oversee product readiness, release coordination, and post-launch improvements.

• Preferred Experience
• 3–5 years in product management, business analysis, or enterprise solution management.
• Experience working on ERP, CRM, enterprise SaaS, or AI-powered business platforms.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Figma, or similar tools.
• Experience coordinating with Software Development and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Exposure to AI automation, workflow optimization, and enterprise system integrations.
