Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Product Designer for the Securiti team to identify user needs, develop concepts, structure interactions, and design user interfaces across touchpoints. You will own ideas from concept to execution and collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to mature the design language.

You will grow your skills through mentorship and contribute to a data-driven, user-centric product strategy. A strong background in design systems and Figma is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX, interaction and interface design.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, especially Figma.
• Hands-on experience with Design Systems, Figma components, AutoLayout and variants.
• Strong conceptual thinking with openness to feedback and collaboration.
• Ability to multitask across projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a cross-functional team to build large, complex digital products.
• Understand customer and business problems through research and data.
• Collaborate with product owners to develop and implement product strategy in a user-centric, data-driven manner.
• Own design problems end-to-end from concept to execution.
• Adhere to the Securiti Design System and help mature the design language across the suite.
• Find simple, elegant solutions to complex user pain points and continuously improve.
