Job summary

Veeam Software, a data and AI trust leader, seeks a Product Designer to own end-to-end design for large digital products. You will work with product managers, engineers, and other designers to identify user needs, craft concepts, and shape interfaces across the Securiti suite.

Mentor junior designers and uphold the design system standards. You will collaborate across teams to define strategy, build interactions, and deliver data-driven, user-centric solutions while staying abreast of industry

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX, interaction and interface design.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Figma and prototyping.
• Experience with data visualizations.
• Experience with design systems and components.
• Strong communication and ability to incorporate feedback.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build large, complex digital products.
• Identify user needs and opportunities through research and data.
• Develop and implement product strategy in a user-centric, data-driven manner.
• Own design problems end-to-end from concept to execution.
• Align with the Securiti Design System and contribute to the design language across the suite.
• Craft simple, elegant solutions to complex user pain points and improve how things work.
• Balance business, technical, and user needs to deliver thoughtful solutions.
• Present and articulate vision to stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to foster design innovation.
