Job summary

Tkxel is seeking a procurement assistant in Pakistan to help with purchasing, supplier sourcing, and documenting stock levels. You will obtain quotations, prepare price comparisons, and coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and accounts teams to ensure timely deliveries.

The role involves monitoring stock, assisting in stock counts, and maintaining procurement records, with ERP exposure considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in SCM, business, commerce, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Good MS Excel and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of procurement and inventory processes.
• ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in purchasing and supplier sourcing.
• Obtain quotations and prepare price comparisons.
• Prepare POs and follow up on deliveries.
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and accounts teams.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory records.
• Assist in stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain procurement and inventory documentation and reports.
