Job summary

Tkxel, a leading software development company located in Reston, Virginia, is seeking an organized procurement associate to assist in purchasing and supplier sourcing. You will obtain quotations, prepare price comparisons, and coordinate with vendors, warehouse and accounts teams to ensure timely deliveries.

This role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong MS Excel and communication skills, and a good grasp of procurement and inventory processes. ERP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Good MS Excel and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of procurement and inventory processes.
• ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in purchasing and supplier sourcing.
• Obtain quotations and prepare price comparisons.
• Prepare POs and follow up on deliveries.
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and accounts teams.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory records.
• Assist in stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain procurement and inventory documentation and reports
