Job summary

HR-Business-Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Auditor/Controls Specialist to independently check transactions and documents across departments. You will ensure accuracy in purchases, supplier payments, imports, sales, inventory, HR, and finance postings, and flag discrepancies early.

You will maintain pre-audit registers, record observations with evidence, and suggest control improvements. Strong ERP and Excel skills, plus 3–5 years of relevant experience, are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• 3–5 years in audit, accounts, or controls; trading/import experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Verify requisitions, POs, pricing and terms for accuracy and compliance.
• Cross-check invoices, packing lists and bills to ensure proper accounting.
• Review journals, accruals and tax documents for accuracy.
• Monitor and report control gaps, with recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure clearance of documents before posting/payments where applicable.
• Coordinate with branches and external partners as authorized.
