Job summary

Ideas is seeking an Executive Audit professional to verify petty cash transactions, vouchers, and supporting documents against AX Dynamics records and company policies. The role includes reviewing vendor payments and CAPEX files for accuracy and compliance, conducting system audits and reconciliations, and performing pre-audit site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify petty cash transactions, operational vouchers, and supporting documents against AX Dynamics records and company policies.
• Review vendor payments and CAPEX files for accuracy, completeness, and approval compliance.
• Conduct system audits, reconciliations, and internal control checks to identify discrepancies and control gaps.
• Perform audit assignments, process reviews, and pre-audit site visits.
• Maintain audit working papers, documentation, and reports while ensuring confidentiality.
• Support process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
