Akhuwat in Pakistan is seeking an Assistant Manager – Procurement to oversee end-to-end P2P processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and compliance.

You will manage supplier qualification, negotiate terms, monitor performance, and coordinate with Finance and Stores to ensure accurate GRNs and vendor payments. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of P2P experience, with ERP exposure and professional certifications preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, PMP, or equivalent preferred.
• 4–6 years of procurement experience, including hands-on P2P management.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified suppliers through a structured vendor qualification process.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and SLAs.
• Manage complete P2P process from requisition to supplier payment and GRN to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with Finance/Accounts Payable to verify invoices and vendor payments.
• Prepare procurement dashboards and reports; monitor supplier performance via KPIs.
