Job summary

Tetra Pak Pakistan in Lahore is seeking a Service Engineer (Processing) to execute preventive and corrective maintenance, improve the operational efficiency of our machines at customer sites, and modify, create, and deploy PLC software programs and HMIs for processing equipment and upgrade projects. This position is based in Lahore, Pakistan.

Extensive travel (70%) is required to customer sites, including frequent travel within Pakistan and internationally.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in installations, maintenance, automation, and service work in industrial systems.
Extensive travel availability (70%) for short-term assignments to customer sites, including frequent travel within Pakistan and internationally.
Hands-on expertise in automation systems with proficiency in Siemens Step7, TIA Portal, WinCC, Rockwell Studio5000, and Wonderware InTouch.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer sites to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on processing machines.
Troubleshoot electro-mechanical and automation issues including hardware, software, and network problems.
Develop, troubleshoot, and upgrade PLC and HMI programs/software for processing equipment.
Disassemble, reassemble, and commission Tetra Pak processing machines at customer sites.
Promote a safe working culture within the team and ensure accurate reporting.
